Format: IEEE · 6–8 pages
Double-blind review
2–3 reviewers per paper

Submission Guidelines

  • Original, unpublished manuscripts of 6–8 pages following the official IEEE conference template. Papers must not be under review or accepted elsewhere.
  • Similarity check via iThenticate — maximum 15% overall and 5% from any single source.
  • Double-blind peer review by 2–3 program committee members. Evaluated on originality, technical quality, clarity, and impact.
  • Accepted papers published in the IEEE CPS conference proceedings — indexed in Scopus, DBLP, and Web of Science.
  • Selected best papers invited for extended versions in Bentham Books special issue.

Suggested Paper Structure

Abstract Problem statement, method overview, key findings and impact.

Introduction Context, motivation and research objectives.

Literature Review Related work and identification of the research gap.

Methodology Datasets, models, algorithms and tools used.

Results & Discussion Findings, evaluation metrics and their significance.
